US imposes sanctions against 13 individuals, 20 companies
WASHINGTON, Dec 5 (PRIME) -- The U.S. has extended anti-Russian and anti-Belarus sanctions against 13 individuals and 20 companies, the U.S. Department of the Treasury said in a statement on Tuesday.
The list includes the Belarusian Production and Trade Concern of timber, woodworking and pulp and paper industry, Minsk Mechanical Plant named after S. I. Vavilov, Zenit BelOMO, Horizont holding managing company, scientific and production holding of precision engineering Planar.
The U.S. also imposed export restrictions on 28 organizations from Russia, as well as a number of companies from Armenia, Belarus, China and other countries.
The list includes Russia’s North-West Airlines, ElectroCom, Geomir, Druzhba LLC, and others.
